You reached a personal web page created during the UNESCO ISSTOCAM course on database management and WebGIS. I am currently working as a Scientific Coordinator at CAZALAC, with the intention to launch a web-based information system for water-related problems in arid and semi arid areas in Latin America and the Caribbean.
