Personal Description :	I have a personal philosophy – “I innovate and provide solutions, Not problems”. It's been over 20 years working in the Pacific Islands region, specializing in ICTs and Geo-spatial Solutions, and offering my skills and talents to support the building of FOSS solutions across the Pacific.
