  1. Get quote for PC's
  2. Review and take actions from Arnulfs post (http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/conference_dev/2008-October/000706.html)
  3. Attendee survey that asks (Paul Ramsey has offered to write one "with cheeky good humor to make the medicine go down easy):
    • Job titles
    • Number of reports
    • Budgetary responsibility
    • Etc
  4. Website Updates
    • Add Jody Garnett, (about to start at LISAsoft) to the Organising Committee.
