Restrict Editing of Main Page

Don't let spambots create accounts

Useless

Two great suggestions, and both completely ignored. And this page's attempt to make it easier to report spam is also going completely ignored. It's almost as if OSGeo don't care about the annoying level of spam on this wiki and are quite happy for people like Partwash and Laudyuda (quite probably the same person) to vandalise every day for weeks.
