OSGeo & IIT Bombay FOSSEE GIS

• initiative supported by the Government of India for setting up institutes for GIS pedagogy.
• propose signing an MoU between the OSGeo Foundation and FOSSEE.
• ACTION: Rajat to send the template so we have a starting point.

Financial update from OSGeo Oceania for the 2025 Auckland conference

• Forecasting a small loss but probably will make it up
• ACTION: Motion to cover at least 50% of loss of FOSS4G 2025 (if there is a loss) (Done)
