FOSS4G 2009 Press Release 33
Email to FOSS4G 2009 Presenters
Dear Presenter,
I hope you have all had a chance to review the conference schedule (http://2009.foss4g.org/schedule/) to see when you are presenting and to experience that little flutter of presenter nerves now that you know you are all booked in!
Important presenter information/guidance is now available as a PDF download from the conference website: http://2009.foss4g.org/presentations/
If you have not already registered for the conference, then I would encourage you to get that done as soon as possible so that we can be sure that all of our presenters are able to attend. Also, the workshops are filling up fast!
If you are in doubt about your attendance, then please let us know as soon as possible as we need to ensure that the schedule remains as stable as possible from this point forward. We will be sending the program for printing at the end of this week.
Please be aware that there are still demonstration theatre slots available. This is a great chance to show off your latest project; or a cool hack, an example of your organisations work, or a new feature. The only restriction is to show running software (i.e. not a presentation).
Contact jody.garnett AT lisasoft.com if you would like to sign up for a slot, but do it now as these slots will not be available for long! For more information and the current demo theatre schedule visit: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2009_Demonstration_Theatre
Regards
Harley Prowse Presentation Co-ordinator (but really Simon has done more work on it than me, I just take the glory).
Disclaimer: I have done my best to maintain the presenter email list as accurately as possible but there have been a lot of changes recently. If you receive this email in error, then I do apologise. Please don't hesitate to contact me if this email generates any confusion about your participation as a presenter at the FOSS4G 2009 Conference.
