Personal Description :	He is a technical leader and instructor leading the development and deployment of FOSS4G-based systems. He have degrees in geography and information engineering, and over 20 years of in-depth practical experience across all areas of GIS, including programming, project management, and system architecture. Currently, regularly provide consulting and developer/user training for the implementation of open-source GIS solutions optimized for government systems.
