    • 1st Sep., 11:00-12:00 (the room available until 13:00)
  • Sol Katz Award
    • We prepare time for the award in the Closing Ceremony
  • OSGeo Foundation Booth
    • We prepare one table

  • Natural Hazard and Emergency
  • Pending requests from the board?
  • Discussion about doing the AGM remotely. Recording a video.
  • AGM to be renamed to “OSGeo looking ahead: Interactive.”

Status update Stichting OSGeo

  • Documents signed.
  • ACTION: Jeroen to add board members.
  • Accounting, ANBI status etc
  • Non profit status needs a policy plan
  • Accounting has to be done in a Horizon compliant way. Perhaps a NL company to know the local tax law
  • Tax number and bank account next
  • Non profit status can apply for the US as well.

Status update Horizon Europe project

  • Maximum score achieved (15/15).
  • Jeroen is creating the LEAR role.
  • Waiting for kick off planning.
  • Need to plan the roles needed to cover.
  • A news item should come up this or next week

FOSS4G NA

  • Mike and Tom will try to participate.

Website updates

  • Meeting next week.
  • Draft for SSO deployment, address concerns.
  • We need to find an easy way to sign up.
  • SAC funds might be needed.

git todo repository

  • Gitea vs Codeberg. Gitea looks exactly the same, we should probably keep gitea.
  • Targeting volunteers.
  • Open to a wider audience once SSO is available.
