• Get all committee members on mailing list: incubator@incubator.osgeo.org
• Solicit a committee member from each project going through incubation currently. Currently we can consider MapGuide OS, OSSIM, GDAL/OGR and Mapbender represented.
• Solicit feedback on the Contributor Agreement from the major contributors to each of the candidate projects.
• Prepare sample letter with some legal background to be sent out to former project contributors
