In [http://producingoss.com/ Producing Open Source] Carl Fogel points out the importance to put faces to projects. This was discussed to some degree on OSGeo mailing lists and it was added that we geo people should also make sure that we point out where people are by adding coordinates. That project is still under way. What about making it possible for people to add a photo to a member page. Drupal has some of the functionality that we would need. Should we use that or encourage people to put their pictures into the Wiki?

Is there a policy for users and permissions in the CMS? I have added new role "admin" and put most everybody in it, added a WYSYWIG editor. etc. By making every new member get a role (not admin but with some right) we would potentially help get more content, books, etc.
