Information to be provided
- what the event is
- expected audience type
- where and when it takes place
- how many are expected
- how will our participation help OSGeo
- budget: expected costs and for what (such as catering, or venue
rental, etc.)
- what exactly do you need from OSGeo (state dollar amount, and any
use of the "OSGeo" brand name that you need)
- state whether you need money up front before the event (seed
money), or just to pay the final bill
- list your 2014 event report link[1] in a Related Documents
section, so the Board can review it
- Upon completion: email request for the funding to the OSGeo Board (list
the amount in this email), and point to this wiki page for more details)
