2011-2012 QSGeo Education and Curriculum Current Initiatives

1) Continue to build up Educational material federated content databases

[OSGeo edu's educational content metadatabase] -- a place for metadata and links to external material we are posting on our own websites [University of Nottingham's educational content database] -- a place for us to store education content (the source code) to share [The GeoTech center's Moodle and Webinar system] -- a place for us to develop and record webinars working with GeoTech and perhaps Moodle-based courses

2) Build content to complement FOSS4G 2012 Live DVD

We need to coordinate and work toward this. We need a person to take the coordination lead in the way that Cameron Shorter does for the LiveDVD.

3) Develop webinars around OSGeo technologies and/or open geospatial topics

Charlie to post wiki page to start us moving on this collaboratively.
