As soon as we have a draft new version to show, we will provide you with a link. We've already integrated the OSGEO logo on the website and indicate that OTB is in incubation.

Don't think that there will have major issue with code provenance with OTB but I think that discussion with Debian guys will help to clarify how copyrights ans third parties and managed in the OTB project.
