• Get all committee members on mailing list: incubator@incubator.osgeo.org
• Solicit a committee member from each project going through incubation currently. Currently we can consider MapGuide OS, GeoServer, and GDAL/OGR represented.
• Solicit feedback on the Contributor Agreement from the major contributors to each of the candidate projects.
