OSGeo-Live 10.0 alpha ready to test
6 June 2016
After much hard work from the OSGeo-Live build team, we have an alpha version of OSGeo-Live 10 which has been moved to the new Unbuntu 16.04 Xenial Long Term Support (LTS) release. We encourage all projects to please download [1] and test your project with this new alpha release and make sure it works as expected.
Please report back to Live-demo@lists.osgeo.org and confirm that your application works, telling us which application and which OSGeo-Live version you have tested. We track this in our status spreadsheet [2]). We love pro-active projects we don't have to chase. Please report issues to our issues spreadsheet [3].

Key Milestones
- 23 May 2016 All new applications installed, most old applications updated
- 13 Jun 2016 Feature Freeze (all apps updated)
- 20 Jun 2016 User Acceptance Test (all apps installed and working)
- 01 Aug 2016 Final ISO sent to printers
