Add support for KML output to MapServer (for use with Google Earth)
This would involve the creation of a new vector output format driver to generate KML output. This should be made available as a regular OUTPUTFORMAT usable by the mapserv CGI, the WMS interface, and MapScript.
Note: There is a small possibility that some organizations in need of this feature might decide to fund it in the spring.
