Our DNS service is provided by PairNIC.
Requests for DNS changes should be submitted to SAC via Trac tickets. Howard Butler and Shawn Barnes are primarily responsible for DNS changes, though Tyler Mitchell and Frank Warmerdam also have the account info for access.
