--For the web presentation/etc.. yes (and linked), for the mailing lists/discuss mostly yes. Also, catalans have the advantatge that we can be posting in catala and spanish in spanish and have a good thread! if 'they' want to!. <br />
-In an local branch 'office' where there are two official languages the supporting people should speak both languages, so no need to have an office for catalan and another one for spanish.
