Tasks

The treasurer is responsible to draft the budget for the foundation. He has a list of additional tasks to attend to, these are listed in the following section.

Section 5.8 Treasurer

Unless provided otherwise by a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors, the Treasurer shall have custody of all corporate funds and financial records, shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements and render accounts thereof at the annual meetings of members, and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Chair, the President or the Board of Directors.

Section 14.4 Checks, Drafts, Etc.

All checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money issued in the name of the corporation shall be signed by such officer or officers, agent or agents of the corporation and in such manner as shall be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors, or by the President or Treasurer upon delegation by the Board of Directors.

Section 14.5 Deposits

All funds of the corporation not otherwise employed shall be deposited from time to time to the credit of the corporation in such banks, trust companies or other depositories as the Board of Directors, or the President or Treasurer upon delegation by the Board of Directors may select.
