Charlie Schweik is a faculty at the Univeristy of Massachusetts, Amherst who is currently developing a couse in Free/Libre and Open Source (FOSS) GIS to go online in Spring 2007. He also has a research project to study the collaborative principles of open source programming with the hope to learn how to better improve "open content" collaboration, such as in the context of this wiki.
