I am a forest scientist specialising in remote sensing and geospatial sciences. I am currently working as a scientific researcher at CEA-LSCE in Paris, France.
I started using GRASS-GIS/R as part of my graduate research, and since then have been actively using testing and following other open-source projects including GDAL/OGR, UMN Mapserver and qgis. More recently I have been developing Web-based forestry applications using Openlayers, Pywps and GeoEXT.
