Domenico Sguerso is associate professor in Geomatics at the Polytechnic School of the University of Genoa. He is currently teacher of the courses “Geomatics” (BSc), “Geomatics for monitoring” (MSc) and co-teacher of the course “Geomatics applied to construction” (MSc) and “Meteorological modelling and GNSS monitoring” (PhD) at the University of Genoa. Actually is a member of the IGS Troposphere Working Group. His research is carried out mainly in the area of geodesy, of the monitoring combining traditional, photogrammetric, laser scanning and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) surveying techniques, in the management and analysis of spatially distributed data by GIS (Geographic Information System), particularly to monitor the evolution of the Precipitable Water Vapour content in atmosphere.
