Geoffrey Kateregga is a Mapping Supervisor for the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) in East Africa applying principles of open source and open data sharing for humanitarian response and economic development. Geoffrey has worked on a project Ramani Huria – Community Mapping for Flood Resilience in Dar es Salaam Tanzania, engaging university students and local community members in contributing to the Open Street Map by mapping their own localities.
