Hi All!
My name is Mateusz Loskot. I live in Poland. Since 2000, I've been working as a GIS software developer and architect of desktop and mobile GIS solutions. Since April 2006, I'm very pleased I have a chance to developer an Open Source GIS software mainly :-) Main projects I contribute to and work for are GDAL/OGR, GEOS, FDO, PostGIS. I also participated in launching the Mobile GIS initiative which hopefully become an active project soon. I'd like to be an active member of the community gathered around the OSGeo Foundation. One of my dream is to launch the OSGeo Chapter in Poland that would help in Open Source GIS evangelization in this country. I'm also interested in Public Geospatial Data initiative.
