Hello, My name is Moacir P. de Sá Pereira, and I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of English Language and Literature at the University of Chicago.
I am terribly interested in improved GIS solutions that are also free and open-source, and this is related to an interest in improving Quantum GIS by fleshing out its geostatistical capabilities.
