Leo Hsu and Regina Obe are co-owners of Paragon Corporation. We provide database consulting in SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and MySQL to small and mid-sized businesses.
Most of our work involves developing web applications in ASP.NET and PHP focusing on business process and rules automation. Our clients range from Dot coms to Financial, Non-Profits, Unions and Healthcare Institutions.
Regina is also a PostGIS committer.
