Yoichi Kayama is a software engineer and researcher about GIS. He has conducted research and program development related to geographic information for more than 20 years.Since OSGeo.JP was formed, he has been working to FOSS4G event held annually in Tokyo and Osaka.He co-authored a handbook FOSS4G.He was engaged in the work of the Japanese localization of QGIS. And he taught how to use the QGIS in a number of workshops.
