Requested features

Placemark balloon text hyperlinked to the user page. ✔ (submitted on 03/06)
A message of success or failure after setting/updating the location Information through the parser tags.
Create nicer pop-up a la Google
- Yves suggests the FramedCoud OpenlLayer popUpClass. Anybody against it?
add zoom/info button tool bar

  - it will be optional (by default on)
predefine zooms for localchapters or by a given centerat coordinate and zoom level. ✔ (submitted on 03/05 see Documentation)

Problem with entering the location data, because there is no message which tells if it had success or not.
