Personal Description :	Suthakaran has moved to Open source GIS in 2013 particularly (QGIS, JOSM, PostgreSQL, OSM ) in Sri Lanka. He is working in the OpenDRI & OpenCities Projects with world bank, Sri Lanka since 2013 and he is interested in integrating OSM data into Disaster Management Activities. his education background is in the Geography,Disaster Management and GIS.
