Tasks for the Full Board
- Establish permanent governance rules (voting, PMCs, recalls, etc).
- Work on prioritising the goals in the OSGeo statement of Mission and Goals
- Create a plan for implementing the Goals
- Implement the plan
- Infrastructure RFP
