Approved for Incubation?: Yes, selected for "founding project" incubation by the OSGeo board.

PSC Established?: Partially - Frank Warmerdam (Chair), Andrey Kiselev, Daniel Morissette and Howard Butler selected as initial PSC. No "RFC-1" or other working document yet drafted. No PSC meetingings held yet. Frank Warmerdam is PSC rep for incubation.

Hosted code in subversion?: No, not current plans to migrate code to OSGeo subversion repository. cvs.maptools.org repository is working fine.

Downloadable Binaries?: Yes, as part of FWTools releases (and various other packages for various platforms).
