Setting Up
- Lift receiver
- Select *More* -> *Meet Me* -> 329x
Conference call can be set up from Melbourne, Adelaide IP phones, as well as Sydney Boardroom.
Join Internally
- Dial 329x
Join Externally
- Dial (03) 8680 329x
Dial in an external party
- Set up conference line:
- Lift receiver
- Select *More* -> *Meet Me* -> 329x
- Dial 3rd party
- Select *Hold*
- Dial external number
- Select *Transfer*
- Dial meeting number, 329x
- Set up conference line:
Booking
You can book from Outlook Calendar by selecting attendee "Melbourne Conference 329x"
Capacity
- In theory, we can do 8 conferences at 32 participants each (or 32 conferences at 8 participants each). Neither of these has been tested though.
- However, we only have 9 free incoming lines into Melbourne, so only 9 external parties can join at a time, and that is shared with normal Melbourne internal lines.
