Personal Description :	Minpa Lee is the CEO of MangoSystem, Inc., a geospatial software company based in Korea. He studied geography and GIS, and has made significant contributions to the education and dissemination of open source GIS. With over 25 years of extensive hands-on experience across all aspects of GIS—including programming, system architecture, spatial analysis, and visualization—he has a deep interest in advancing the use of open source GIS technologies. He has been a member of the [OSGeo Korean Chapter](http://www.osgeo.kr) since 2010 and became a charter member of the OSGeo Foundation in 2013. Since 2013, he has also served as an Open Source GIS Instructor at the LX Spatial Information Academy, where he regularly provides training and consultation. He has organized the annual [FOSS4G Korea](https://foss4g.osgeo.kr/) conference, as well as the [FOSS4G Asia 2023](https://foss4g.asia/2023/) conference, contributing to the growth of the global FOSS4G community. From 2019 to 2024, he served as the Representative (Chair) of the OSGeo Korean Chapter, helping to strengthen the presence of open source geospatial technologies in Korea and across Asia.
