FOSS4G is "the conference" for Open Source Geospatial Software and in year 2010 will meet in Barcelona, Spain.
Barcelona ([1]) is one of the most attractive cities in this world, famous for its architecture, mild climate, Mediterranean history, place of Olympic Games in 1992, is full of attraction for any kind of visitor.
