Jorge Gustavo has a PhD in Computer Science, and works on Geographic Information System and Science. He is Assistant Professor, since 2005, at Departamento de Informática, Universidade do Minho. He is member of the AGILE Association since 99, and OGC member from 2005 to 2010. He was (elected in Nov. 5th, 2010) president of the OSGeo Portugal Local Chapter until Sep. 18th, 2014.

Jorge is either in Braga (week) or Costa Nova (week ends).
