review FOSS4G Booth

• good, busy, nice material, sticker, flyer
• improvements:
  • Sofa, Chairs, bar tables - invent a meeting place (like in Tanzania at FOSS4G)
  • place a Screen with a presentation (for example, OSGeoLive or OSGeo intro)

USB drives

• might not be needed at FOSS4G booths but useful in training sessions
• good for outreach, for example, in Africa (Enock had a good experience on his last tour)
• ACTION Astrid: Oder new USB drives

Redbubble shop

• idea: make available T-Shirts designs from previous FOSS4Gs
• add new designs

OSGeoLive videos

• Enock would like to produce short OSGeolive videos and publish them on the OSGeoLive youtube channel (more an OSGeolive topic)

Change name from Marketing to Outreach

• ACTION ENOCK Motion Mail to Marketing list for discussion

Topic MoU

• ACTION give back the Topic to contact the MoU contact points to the board

• review tickets related to website at the next outreach meeting
