- Approve GeoNetwork graduation from incubation with Jeroen Ticheler as "VP, GeoNetwork".
- Approve deegree for entrance into incubation - http://www.deegree.de/
- Approve FOSS4G Budget, and LOA with GISSA.
- Declare official Support for Cascadoss
