Benny Istanto is a Climate Geographer based in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. He currently works with the Geospatial Operations Support Team (GOST) of Development Economic Data Group (DECDG), and as a Data Scientist with the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) on the Risk Data Library project, both at The World Bank, Washington DC, focusing on operational climate monitoring and spatial analysis.
