- Get all committee members on mailing list: incubator@incubator.osgeo.org
- Solicit a committee member from each project going through incubation currently. Currently we can consider MapGuide OS, OSSIM, GDAL/OGR, MapServer, MapBuilder, GeoTools and Mapbender represented. See also IncCom Wiki
- Solicit feedback on the Contributor Agreement from the major contributors to each of the candidate projects.
- Prepare sample letter with some legal background to be sent out to former project contributors
- Projects need to setup "project domain" with DanielB.
- Develop an incubation roadmap template.
- Prepare project status wiki pages.
- Move towards tracking project status in the ProjectTracker once we have process hammered out.
