Alexandre Neto is a IT and GIS enthusiast working at a local government environment agency as GIS Manager and Cartographer. Since 2009 he is being using OSGeo software in his projects. To repay is debts to OSGeo, he has been an active member of Portuguese local chapter events and mailing list, has been translating QGIS GUI and Documentation to Portuguese, is one of the founders of the Portuguese QGIS User Group, and since 2013 has been writing a blog with Portuguese and English articles about the use o OSGeo software.
