- Review and approve Thirty Fifth Board Meeting minutes.
- Approve GeoNetwork graduation from incubation with Jeroen Ticheler as "VP, GeoNetwork".

- Approve FOSS4G Budget, and LOA with GISSA.
- Declare official Support for Cascadoss
