- Get lanyards for the day - Print names for lanyards with two-sides - Order USB keys - Setup OSGeo live on USB keys - Collate all slides for talks and workshops - Book hotel - Order OSGeo promotional material - Collect sponsorship - Tweet details - Email details to contacts - Email attendees - request workshop attendance, give wifi code, send on prerequisites for workshops

On Day Roles

- Setup internal wifi network and shared drive - Camera / designate photographer (Peter) - Registration desk
