Using OpenStreetMap for solidarity ?
Join the first "mapping party for the homeless" ! It will take place in Brussels, on 27th February, at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). You will take part to an important mapping initiative, that would answer the needs of different associations working with the homeless (i. e. La Strada, Médecins du Monde, Association des Maisons d'Accueil).
When?
Sat., 27th february. 2016 from 10.30 AM to 5 PM
Where?
UB4.126 and UB4.130 (Building U, 4th level), Solbosch campus, the Université Libre de Bruxelles

What do I have to bring?
Your enthousiasm (computers and mice will be available for everyone)
A dish and/or something to drink (potluck dinner)

What will we do?
We will learn how to use OpenStreetMap
We will improve the map, adding useful resources to it (starting from the data from several associations) ;
OpenStreetMap (OSM) is a citizen-based map that anyone can easily edit ; it is the Wikipédia of maps, so to say.
