POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19

Given the most recent guidance from NYS and the CDC regarding the coronavirus, the planning committee has made the difficult decision to postpone this event. Registered attendees will receive new conference information from someone on the Planning Committee once a new date has been set.

A full day of QGIS excitement, with a choice of workshops in the morning, and a series of presentations after lunch.

Tentative schedule:

 8:30am Registration

 9:30am Choice of QGIS workshops (beginner/advanced)

 1:30pm QGIS cartography
 2:00pm QGIS and mobile data collection
 2:30pm QGIS features and plugins ("Did you know...")

REGISTRATION IS FULL.

Registration opened at 9am Jan 30, and we reached our maximum capacity of 50 before 5pm the same day! We also have 15 people on a waiting list.

We will explore options for increasing our capacity, including live-streaming or recording some sessions.

One goal of this conference it to build a stronger regional open-source GIS community. We will be facilitating a mentor-mentee program in which an experienced QGIS user will be matched with a beginner with similar interests. You can sign up to be a mentor or mentee when you register.
