Quebec Local Chapter Report for 2009

Key Accomplishments
- Held regular local meetings around the province with 2-3 15 minute presentations each time:
- March 19, 2009: 5 à 7 in Trois-Rivières (More info...)
- May 19, 2009: 5 à 7 in Quebec City (More info...)
- September 17, 2009: 5 à 7 in Montreal (More info...)
- OSGeo presence in the April 30 and September 29 AGMQ conferences where ~50% of the talks were on the topic of free and open source geomatics (More info...)
- Open Source track in the Geomatics 2009 program on Wednesday October 21
- 45 minutes presentation on some geospatial open source projets made by different members of OSGeo-qc at CLLAP 2009 on November 5
- Made the decision at the end of 2009 to organize Rendez-vous OSGeo-Quebec 2010 (June 15-16) (Planning will take place in 2010 and is tracked in the wiki at Journée OSGeo-qc Juin 2010)
