- 27 Feb 2006: Second Board Meeting

- 2 March approval of membership votes by the board, publishing of election results
- 6 March 2006: start of nominations for Board Election to elect four additional directors
- 14 March 2006: end of nominations for Board Election
- 15 March 2006: posting of nominations for Board Election

- 18 March 2006: publishing of results Board Election
