GRASS GIS Budget 2021

For 2021, the GRASS GIS project requests a total budget of 2500 USD from OSGeo, with special focus on
- microgrants for bugfixing and documentation
- with some hope, we foresee some budget for in-person sprints, which might become possible again in the second semester of 2021
The remaining funding delta shall be covered by the project efforts to collect donations.
