the site needs a more geographic looking, where are the best galleries where to copy&paste and download from or start to think to host a repositorie of it under the osgeo.org domain..

i-m afraid there are too many written things and not images of maps,

for example, if you are in an url where there-s some introductory text, a map and a link below it .. you are more likely to click the map read the links-s url while waiting for reload or read the text because the mapimage has opened you curiosity..
