Personal Description :	Tom is one of the coordinators of the Scottish QGIS User Group and has been running QGIS training and workshops in UK Higher and Further Education since around 2012. Tom was the co-chair for the FOSS4G UK 2019 conference in Edinburgh. Tom is active on twitter and various QGIS user forums helping users find solutions to problems they face. He writes a blog http://learngis.uk which provides step by step guides to doing data visualisation and cartography in QGIS.
