Carolyn is the Geospatial Data Program Manager for the Boston Planning and Development Agency, focusing on urban planning, environmental and historic conservation, zoning, and 3D modeling. To facilitate decision-making, transparency, and community engagement in local government, she regularly creates and manages the publishing of Web maps using open source software such as Mapbox, CartoDB, and Leaflet. As a member of the Boston Local Organizing Committee and the Program Subcommittee, Carolyn helped put together the International FOSS4G 2017 conference this August in Boston, MA. USA.
